DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery policy

Encor Une Fois offers fast and reliable delivery for all your orders.

 

We use eco-friendly packaging to ensure your items are protected while acting responsibly towards the environment.

 

Delivery costs are calculated transparently and added when paying for your order.

  • Parcels are currently sent to you by Colissimo or Mondial Relay, parcel relay or shop to shop from Chronopost. We offer shipping costs in mainland France from 50€ of purchases with Mondial Relay only.

  • We currently only deliver to the following countries Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal. (excluding overseas territories) free shipping from 75€ with global relay delivery only

  • Once your order is placed, your package is carefully prepared.

  • You will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email to ensure the traceability of your package.

 

Delivery delay :

- Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 working days

- Europe: 3 to 6 working days depending on destination

Encor' Une Fois cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for a delay in delivery or if the package is lost by the delivery carrier.

Return and exchange policy

Our returns and exchange policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you change your mind about your purchase or are not satisfied with a product, we offer a simple and clear returns process. This builds trust and reassures our customers that they can shop with peace of mind.

· If your purchase does not suit you: We accept all returns (excluding sales) and we will refund the amount of your order (excluding delivery costs), or you can opt for an exchange via a voucher valid on the site for 6 months.

· Return time: 14 working days

 

Path to follow

1. Contact us via the email address contactencoruneviens@gmail.com or via the contact form.

2. To be able to benefit from a return,

your article must be:

· not worn,

· unused,

· be returned in its original packaging.

If the order does not comply with an error attributable to Encor une Fois (item not in conformity with the order, defective or error on the model sent) please contact the returns service at the e-mail address contactencoruneviens@gmail.com we will help you will send you a return slip after validation of the non-compliance and we will reimburse you for the order or the items concerned within 14 days.

 

NB: no returns will be accepted without a return request email, and outside the 14 working day deadline.

3. Return costs are your responsibility (may vary depending on the weight of the item), unless returned directly to the store.

4. If the package does not reach us, and you do not have proof of sending and tracking, we will not be able to reimburse you.

5. Once the return has been validated by us, the refund will be effective within 14 days maximum. The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase.
